The Video 20 II is in excellent condition and fully working. Super smooth Pans and Tilts. It has sliding base plate to adjust camera centering, 7 Stages of Drag for Pan and 7 Stages for Tilt. Pan & Tilt Locks work great, as does the Level Locking Pin. Bubble Level built into the head.
