I first dealt with Barbara back in May 1999. I wanted to buy an NTSC camera for use here in the UK market. It was real leap of faith to deal with someone I had found on the internet, I hadn’t ever met, spoken to and only corresponded with by email. Barbara not only had the kit at the price I wanted to pay, she made all every effort to ensure that the sale went through including putting my mind at rest across the Atlantic. Constantly !!
In eight years of dealing with Barbara, I have bought four camera bodies with lenses. In fact I have bought more camera channels for my crewing businesses from Barbara than any other dealer. When I finally got to met Barbara in person, I wasn’t disappointed. For every transatlantic call that we have had discussing everything from cameras to travel and world affairs, the meeting person albeit briefly was accentuated in person.
I have happily recommended Barbara to the many cameramen I have met on my travels around the world. And met a few who knew her already and her legendary attention to deals and detail. Not bad for a self confessed Blonde !!!!!!
Keep it up for the next 15 years !!

We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase of the (only slightly used) Sony DSR450 WSL DVCam camera body we purchased through your company last October. The camera was in excellent condition, and throughout the transaction, Heather couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. When we were almost ready to buy, she found another camera with fewer hours, and saved us about $2000!
There were some minor communication issues among the seller, your company and us regarding which accessories came with the camera. In all instances, those issues were resolved in our favor, with your company sending us the missing pieces and totally absorbing the cost.
We also purchased a PortaBrace case through you, at much less than the cost of a new one. Thanks for everything, and we'd certainly recommend your company to anyone.
