Features
An Engineer's Requirement
With 800 lines horizontal resolution, the BVM-14F5U will display the highest quality video for the most critical evaluation. All set-up features are found directly on the front panel of the unit for immediate access. Once set-up is complete the monitor can have its settings memorized via a PCMCIA card and applied to any monitor with using a BKM-10R control panel. NTSC and PAL are supported standard and SECAM system is an option.
Wide-Screen Display Feature
The monitor has screen masks for both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect playback. These masks allows the viewer to see the video without having to look at the unused portion of the screen.
4 Empty Slots for Your Individual Project Requirements
Depending what your edit suite is being used for, the BVM-14F5U can be adapted for any standard definition video signal. Optional boards for uncompressed digital SDI conveniently include Analog Composite inputs and outputs also. A dedicated analog board supplies additional Component, Y/C and Composite inputs and outputs. Going even further there is room for expansion boards that simply give you additional analog or digital connectors, whichever you might require. Multi-standard facilities and workstations can install a PAL-M option or another board that supplies everything including SECAM.
