DESCRIPTION:
The PVM14L1 is a cost effective entry level 13" NTSC/PAL color video monitor which uses Trinitron CRT technology and supports 600 TV lines of resolution.
The monitor is equipped with 2 composite and Y/C inputs and an integrated speaker that enables users to monitor audio.
PVM14L1 utilizes a digital comb filter that enhances the luminance/chrominance separation to reduce cross-color interference and color noise.
The beam current feedback circuit inhibits white balance drift and maintains stable color reproduction.
Operational functions include 4:3/16:9 capability, switchable color temperature, and a six language on-screen window-like menu structure for easy monitor adjustment and operation.
KEY FEATURES:
Trinitron Picture Tube- Long recognized as the video industry standard, the Trinitron tube in the PVM-14L1 shows 600 lines of horizontal resolution. This is more than adequate to display clear and precise images fed through the composite or S-video inputs. The monitor also has looping outputs for the LINE A channel.
Beam-Current Feedback Feature- In studio environments, monitors tend to be left on for long periods. This practice leads to white-balance drift and unstable color reproduction. The Beam-Current Feedback circuit corrects for drift over long-term usage of the monitor.
Widescreen Display Feature- More common than ever 16:9 acquisition is required for footage for HDTV and DVD content. The PVM-14L1 monitor can display 16:9 footage the way it is supposed to be seen. The monitor can be switched to standard 4:3 aspect using a simple menu option.
Menus in Six Languages- The monitor will display the easy to use menu pages in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and even Japanese.
